By downloading, accessing, or using Suni (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Suni.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
We do not permit users under 18 to register. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it immediately.
Any creation, possession, sharing, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. Violators will be permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law-enforcement agencies worldwide.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately at support@suniapp.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
Suni offers free features and premium "Suni Pro" subscriptions (monthly or yearly).
All payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Virtual coins, gifts, or other virtual items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no monetary value.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are governed by Apple and Google policies.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer goodwill refunds in exceptional circumstances. Contact support@suniapp.com within 14 days of purchase with your transaction ID.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (workout logs, food photos, chat messages, voice recordings, profile pictures, etc.).
By posting UGC, you grant Suni a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, modify (for formatting), distribute, and use it to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
You are solely responsible for your UGC and any consequences of posting it.
You must not upload, share, or engage in:
We may monitor, review, or remove any UGC that violates these Terms.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account termination without refund.
Repeated or severe violations will lead to immediate permanent banning.
Participation in rankings, streaks, achievements, and public profiles is optional.
By opting in, your username, photo, scores, and badges become visible to other users.
Voice and video calls are peer-to-peer encrypted; we do not record calls but retain metadata (duration, participants) for safety and abuse prevention.
The Suni App, brand, logos, AI models, design, and all original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and all licenses granted to you are revoked.
Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, indemnity) will remain in effect.
Suni provides fitness information and coaching tools for informational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any diet or exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suni and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suni and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your UGC, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be notified via in-app notice, email, or a banner on login.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
